EMDR Therapy Intensives

Focused, trauma-informed EMDR therapy designed to support meaningful healing in a shorter period of time.

How EMDR Can Help

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain reprocess distressing experiences so they no longer feel overwhelming or stuck in the nervous system.

  • Trauma and PTSD symptoms
  • Anxiety and panic responses
  • Intrusive memories or nightmares
  • Negative self-beliefs shaped by past experiences
  • Body-based stress responses

How EMDR Works

EMDR uses bilateral stimulation—such as eye movements, tapping, or tones— while you briefly focus on aspects of a memory. This allows the brain’s natural healing process to integrate the experience in a more adaptive way.

You do not need to describe traumatic events in detail or relive them for extended periods. You remain in control throughout the process.
